Founded in 1974 in Berlin, CHG Thermoplast has grown to become a pan-European trading and distribution company specialised in the distribution of standard plastics, technical and thermoplastic plastics as well as additives from well-known manufacturers. For more than a decade, our varied portfolio has also included bespoke polymer solutions. Since the beginning of 2020, CHG has been sailing under a new flag in Hamburg. Founded over 35 years ago in Berlin, the plastics distributor has been constantly expanding its business since then as a firm part of Hamburg’s ML Group.

Six strategically positioned storage locations throughout Germany as well as four laboratories enable us to offer delivery dependability and flexibility, while our strong network ensures country-specific know-how and reliable quality with a fair price/performance ratio.
Over the many decades since the foundation of CHG Chemiehandelsgesellschaft Thermoplast mbH in 1974, we have grown in the plastics distribution sector at the side of our strong partner, France’s TotalEnergies. Together with this premium manufacturer of high-quality polymers, we supply our customers in the furniture manufacturing, leisure, healthcare and medicine, electronics and caravanning industries as well as numerous other sectors with modern technical plastics for all types of plastics solutions, from flexible and rigid packaging up to and including specialised compounds for diverse application areas.
