Into the future together: CHG Thermoplast is part of ML Holding GmbH

Since 1 January 2020, CHG has also officially been sailing under the flag of Hamburg’s ML Holding GmbH. The partnership-based takeover was officially announced in CHG’s home city of Berlin in October 2019. In the process, CHG’s founder and owner Hans Jürgen Lucius, who has been responsible for the company’s operations for over 35 years, passed on the management reins to the next generation and therefore set the course for CHG’s future thrust as a distribution and trading company for high-quality polymer materials, masterbatches and compounds.

At the same time that CHG was integrated into ML Holding, Marcus Flasch and Rainer Hennicken took over the management of the company. In the context of continued expansion, the sales team was strengthened with Sales Manager Tobias Laatsch. With sites in Berlin and Hamburg, CHG is therefore well positioned to continue expanding its business in the future.
